Description

Cultrex® 10X Cell Dissociation Solution is a proprietary formulation containing sodium citrate, EDTA, and glycerol that allows the determination of the number of migrating or invading cells by promoting cell detachment and Calcein cell labeling. Cell Dissociation Solution has been developed, manufactured and qualified specifically to be used with Cultrex® Cell Migration and Invasion Assays.

Quality control specifications:

  • No bacterial or fungal growth detected after incubation at 37°C for 14 days following USP sterility testing guidelines.
  • Performance tested in Cultrex® Cell Invasion Assay.
