PARP Homogeneous Inhibition Assay Kit

The PARP Homogeneous Inhibition Assay Kit is for the high-throughput in vitro screening of candidate PARP-1 inhibitors and determination of relative IC50 values.

Contract Services are also available.

Available Size(s): 96 tests Catalog Number: 4690-096-K Category:

This product has been discontinued.

This homogeneous assay couples PARP-1 autoribosylation to a fluorescent generating cycling assay. Inhibitors are identified by an increase in fluorescent signal when PARP-1 activity is inhibited.

  • Highly sensitive fluorescent assay
  • Detect as little as 10% inhibition of PARP Activity
  • Inhibitors identified by increase in Fluorescent Signal
  • No wash steps
  • 96 test size
  • Rapid – Assay takes ~ 1.5 hr

For the screening of candidate PARP inhibitors and determination of relative IC50 values.
