Internet Marketing Specialist (Part-Time Contract Position)

The Specialist will report to the Sales Development Manager and is primarily responsible for developing rich, quality content for online sites. Responsibilities include developing easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible content, research web copy, create sites that are optimized for search engines, and develop relationships with websites to obtain quality links. Also involved are improving search-engine rankings, develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, send out quality messages on these channels, drive traffic to websites using a variety of methods, ensure content appears high on search rankings, develop density of desired keyword on page, research popularity of sites linking to page, develop pay-per-click advertising campaigns, create internet ads, establish an effective presence on social media sites, monitor a company’s online reputation, approve or delete comments on blogs or articles, highlight and encourage positive comments, manage and deliver email lists, design and deliver emails, craft email campaigns, integrate other online presence including social media outlets with email campaigns, follow up on responses, solicit customer feedback and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Excellent communication, organizational skills and experience with Pardot and Salesforce are required.

Sales and Marketing Assistant (Part-Time Contract Position)

The Customer Support Assistant will report to the Customer Support Manager and will be responsible for answering the phones, transferring calls, and taking/ entering/ and processing orders into the FileMaker program. The Assistant will also be responsible for supporting and executing efforts for complete and accurate contact information for orders, contacts, and sales activities. This will be primarily an online research based position, researching universities, biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutes in order to find complete contact details. All data will be entered into the contact database, creating a foundation for sales and marketing communications that facilitates business generation and the achievement of sales goals.

Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency are required. Customer service, data entry, FileMaker and SalesForce experience is a plus.

The Assistant will report to the Marketing/Sales Manager and is responsible for supporting and executing efforts for complete and accurate contact information for orders, contacts, and sales activities. This will be primarily an online research based position, researching universities, biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutes in order to find complete contact details. All data will be entered into our contact database, creating a foundation for our sales and marketing communications that facilitates business generation and the achievement of sales goals.

The Sales & Marketing Assistant position will also entail answering the phones, transferring calls, and taking/ entering orders into the FileMaker program. Some marketing support may be involved, such as website maintenance and support, preparation for conference/vendor shows, proofing and printing materials.

Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency are required. Bachelor degree (completed or in progress) in Biology/Chemistry is preferred. Customer service, data entry, FileMaker and SalesForce experience is a plus.
